  • Maintain complete hygiene. Washing hands and taking bath after coming from outside is important.

  • Before consumption of outside food always check for the food labels one is allergic ingredient in the food.
  • Avoid eating outside oily food as the oil may trigger the allergic response.
  • Install air filter in your air conditioners in order to keep the indoor air clean.
  • Sticking to one’s medications plan is very important. Taking medications as doctor’s recommendations is must.
  • Skin Pricks test for identifications of allergens is necessary.
